From modest beginnings as a small, single-office groundwater contamination investigation practice, Paul Roux set a goal: to build a larger consulting firm providing a much broader array of services and covering a wider geography.

West Coast expansion
Roux goes truly national, opening California offices and serving clients coast to coast.
- 2011Roux California launches with three principals; Long Beach, Burbank, and Oakland offices established
- 2013Tronox v. Anadarko: expert cost evaluation yields a $5.1 billion award, the largest environmental bankruptcy award to date
- 2016Economic & Complex Analytics (ECA) team formalized
New leadership, new practices
A leadership transition, an ESG practice, a merger, and two newly formalized service lines.
- 2020Sin Senh, with the firm since 1999, becomes President and CEO
- 2021Environmental, Social & Governance practice launches
- 2023Merger with Benchmark TurnKey
